Cooking classes

Face-to-face or On-line.
Grupales o personales.

For online cooking classes, you will receive a list of ingredients and utensils needed for each preparation.
The recipes will be simple to make quickly and to enjoy them.
In case of not getting the ingredient or if you are allergic, you will be offered variants.
Before starting the courses we will stipulate together what we want to achieve and based on that request we will put together the menu.
You can always write me privately asking for advice and a recipe.
If it is in a group, we will set up a group on a platform that is easy to use and you can exchange tips and recipes.

Make your own products

The most important thing in making your own cleansing and beauty products is to know the origin of each ingredient used, the possibilities are many and among these it is worth mentioning that both the base products and the essences and aromas can improve our skin.
They are not only beauty products but also act on our skin in various ways and in depth.
It will depend on each type of skin and preferences in terms of texture and aromas.

Make your own cosmetics and makeup

Natural makeups allow us to safely apply them on both skin and lips, knowing that some of them penetrate our system but being certain that all the components are appropriate for this use.
As it should be "if you can put it on your skin, you should be able to ingest them as well".
Let's be aware of this when we think about using one or another cosmetic.

Take steps towards a healthy and dynamic life

When you decide that you are going to change your routine, that you should exercise more, eat better, sleep better, and so many other ways we have to take care of our body and mind.
Keep in mind that every decision needs a time of adaptation, if we launch into a daily marathon without prior training, we will quickly abandon that routine that will be too demanding.
Each step should be taken slowly, increasing intensity and endurance on a daily basis.
If you do this slowly, you will reach the desired pace quickly.
We must not forget that nutrition plays a fundamental role in every person's life. Feeding the body well is important but so is feeding the spirit. What you ingest daily, both food and information, depends on you. Take care of your temple which is sacred, think before letting yourself be invaded by sadness, anguish and guilt. Despite the life situation you are going through. We all have different trials in this life, and I can assure you that you can come out of them benefited.

Movement

How to start and plan your weekly activity.
To plan our activity we must set a schedule even if it is only 10 minutes in the morning, do some practical and simple exercises, increasing the amount of them little by little.
Sometimes with just a chair and some weights made out of water bottles we can do several bodybuilding exercises.
I also recommend some stretching exercises to unblock the spine, arms and legs.
A reading of a text to calm your mind, a natural fruit or vegetable juice.
We should not think that this is complicated and time consuming, the idea is to have a simple and effective daily rhythm.
Let your imagination create, we also have many means today to investigate both in audios and videos that can help you start this daily task. Cheer up!

Organized Health Exercises

Sometimes we need to have a group to help us have that determination that requires an exercise, either daily or more spaced.
If you have the possibility of following a group in your area, I recommend you contact them and see what their modality is and if you feel like joining.
In my case when I can I meet at a gym or we organize walks and outings that may be only on weekends but allow us to be in movement and outdoors.
Soon, in my new physical place, I will set up walks and/or runs with a pre-defined itinerary and rest stops.
If you can and are up for it, you can set it up yourself or look in different groups to see who is doing it in your area.
Always sharing these events makes them more bearable, a lunch on the way or a picnic closes these outings in a cordial way.
The online groups are fine but in my opinion they lack that taste of sharing and at the same time opening up to new people.

Yes, this is possible via a platform, there in the same way as with a group from other cities, we will set up the menu or the class according to the expectations of the members of the group, as it is a closed group. Otherwise, the topic will be proposed in advance.

Yes, whenever you have doubts, you will consult with your family doctor, and you will be able to see if there is any food or any exercise that is specifically forbidden to you because of your own medical history.

In this case I advise you to have a private talk with me before you start and see if you can gradually change the way you see yourself in front of a new proposal, this will help you to be calm and not to put extra pressure on the situation.

We don't really propose diets. Dieting implies deprivation, and although we have all the desire to do it, after a while we are tempted to return to our habits and so we lose what we have gained. Here you will be proposed to conserve many of those foods that are so pleasant to you, the only thing is that we will change the ingredients for healthier and highly nutritious ones, the effort will not be as much as an ordinary diet. It is not about deprivation but substitutions.

This way of proceeding is actually very positive, both individually and in a group. Individually we can work not only on the practical part but also on the emotional part that plays a fundamental role in this type of situation. Having gone through difficult situations personally I have had help to be able to rely on these "coaches" with whom we worked on pains and events that can block us. It is very advisable and important in the times we live in.
